The 35th Annual VALLEYLIFE Golf Tournament is just two weeks away! Join us Friday, October 23, at Palmbrook Golf Club for a fun day of golf, lunch, prizes, and a chance to win a $25,000 hole in one prize!

🏌️ 7 a.m. sh***un start
🎟️ Individual golfer: $300
👥 Foursome: $1,000

Registration includes green fees, a cart, lunch, a sleeve of golf balls, prizes, and awards. Your participation supports the VALLEYLIFE Foundation and helps create meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities.

There’s still time to gather your foursome and reserve your spot! Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

VALLEYLIFE is looking for volunteers to help prepare healthy meals for Members in our Health Prep Kitchen. Whether you’re signing up on your own or bringing a group, it’s a meaningful way to give back and connect with our community.

Volunteers must:

• Be willing to get a food handlers card
• Wear closed toed shoes
• Wear pants
• Be able to pass a background screening

October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month, and we’re celebrating the skills, ideas, and contributions that people with disabilities bring to the workplace.

At VALLEYLIFE, we love seeing Members discover their strengths, build vocational skills, and take steps toward their goals. Learning something new, finding a role they enjoy, and celebrating a job well done are all moments worth cheering for!

Today, we welcomed Whataburger and fellow nonprofit organizations to the VALLEYLIFE Bistro for a Listen & Learn conversation about how Whataburger can support the community.

We appreciated the chance to share the work happening at VALLEYLIFE, hear from other local organizations, and explore opportunities for volunteering, community events, and future collaboration. We are also grateful for the opportunity to learn a little more about all the ways Whataburger makes an impact within the communities they serve.

Thank you to the Whataburger team for taking the time to listen and learn from the nonprofits serving the Phoenix community. We were glad to provide a space for the conversation!

This special recognition honors Direct Support Professionals who go above and beyond to promote health, safety, independence, dignity, joy, and meaningful connections for the individuals they support.

Brandi has been part of the VALLEYLIFE family for more than a decade, making a lasting difference through her compassion, dedication, and commitment to VALLEYLIFE Members. Last night, Tarrytown Expocare Representative Holly DeRosett and various VALLEYLIFE staff gathered at Kussell Group Home to celebrate Brandi and this well-deserved achievement.
