Pacific Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council The Pacific Southwest Council certifies, develops, connects, and advocates for Minority Business Enterprises in Arizona and San Diego County.

Who We Are:
The Council is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization. As the regional affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the Pacific SW Council is the only national certifying entity of ethnic minority businesses serving Arizona and San Diego County. Certified Minority Business Enterprises are part of a vast network of more than 1,700 Corporate Members and 12,000 MBEs nation

wide. The Council works to advance minority businesses by connecting them with Corporate Members’ procurement opportunities, providing development programs to help MBE businesses grow, and advocating for the inclusion of minority owned firms in the corporate supply chain.
