I created an adult coloring book based on the principles of Law of Attraction. If you saw the movie The Secret, you know. If you donโ€™t, itโ€™s a very simple premise. Positive emotions bring positive returns in your life. Feel gratitude and joy everyday. Struggle and worry bring more struggle and worry. This is something I have been working on in my own life, so I created this coloring book and journal to help. Drawing, coloring and writing calm and relax me, and I had a thought it would help others do the same so I created this book. Each coloring page is followed by a journal page with a prompt. Itโ€™s 65 pages of relaxation, meditation with a little shadow work thrown in for $9.99. The photo is one of the pages and the cover art. I hope you enjoy it!
