The hardest part of managing social media after one of our events? Deciding which photos to share!

What a fabulous day on the green, and you can see why! Here's our first photo dump from Friday's 4th Annual Swing FORE Second Chances. Spot yourself? Say hello in the comments. And if you snapped photos of your own, we'd love to see them.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and all those who couldn't be there but still supported us along the way. We couldn't do what we do without you! ⛳️ 🩵

A little behind-the-scenes look at our team last night getting ready to Swing FORE Second Chances!

After nearly five years at Perryville, Janie is home. 🩵

We have a feeling her mom has been waiting a long time for this hug.

Welcome home, Janie. We’re so proud of you.

When Ashley was incarcerated, she wasn’t sure what kind of future she'd have when she came home. Then she heard about our Career PATHS program. Apprehensive at first, she decided to give it a shot because it offered the tools she knew she needed to create a new life.

We're going to let Ashley tell you the rest because her words are better than ours any day. 🩵

But can we talk about the INTEGRITY sign behind her? Pretty serendipitous, don’t you think?

There’s a reason that when Dr. Julia LaRosa walks into our PATHS Center at Perryville, our women cheer louder than they would for Taylor Swift.

“Dr. Jules,” as she’s affectionately known, has been with Career PATHS from the beginning. She’s encouraged and supported our ladies while helping shape the program into what it is today, including creating the opportunity for participants to take two for-credit Arizona State University courses while they’re incarcerated to make it easier for them to transition into college in the future.

And the feeling is mutual. Dr. Jules calls working with Career PATHS one of the greatest joys of her career: “To journey alongside students as they transform their lives.”

This week, Dr. Jules and her ASU colleague Kostas Voutsas, who teaches the ASU courses, were there to celebrate another milestone: the graduation of Career PATHS Cohorts 22 and 23. More photos and updates from the day to come next week!

We’re so grateful and thankful to Dr. Jules, Kostas and all our partners at ASU for believing in our women and all that education makes possible. 🩵

The only thing we love more than The Office is our TVF community.

So much of this work happens because people choose to show up for our women with their time, expertise, resources, connections and encouragement.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we’re really glad you’re here. 🩵

Annmarie Cohen of BMO U.S. recently joined the women at Mom’s House for a class on credit building and credit repair, and several women who have already transitioned from Mom’s House came back to join them.

Good credit matters for every woman, but for women rebuilding their lives after incarceration, it can affect whether they can qualify for an apartment, finance a car to get to and from work, or access affordable credit when they need it.

So we get ahead of it.

Financial education is part of preparing women not just to come home, but to build financially independent lives once they do.

Thank you, Annmarie, for giving our women knowledge they can use for years to come.
