Big news! We are already more than 40% of the way to our $100,000 goal for the 4 Times the Future Match Campaign!

As of today, generous donors like you have helped us raise $43,185 toward our $100,000 goal. Once we reach that goal, our matching donor will turn it into $400,000 of support for women earning certifications, finding great careers, and rebuilding their lives.

We're so grateful to all our partners, especially Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU, and the Arizona Department of Corrections, who help us show up for women like Teresa every single day. 🩵

Women are a small but growing segment of the state’s prison population, and their needs are distinct. Yet, many of the programs designed to prepare them for release were primarily tailored for men.There are efforts in Arizona aimed at giving incarcerated women a real second chance.

Even after rebuilding a successful career, many formerly incarcerated individuals continue facing barriers long after release.

Alicia Rasta shares her story which highlights the lasting impact of collateral consequences and the ways stigma can continue to limit opportunity, mobility, and belonging years after incarceration.
