October is officially College & Career Readiness Month! 🎓✨

At Elevate Phoenix, preparing students for life after high school isn't just a seasonal goal, it's woven into our everyday mission. 100% of our graduating seniors establish concrete post-secondary plans for college, trade programs, military service, or entering the workforce.

Through accredited elective classes and 24/7/365 mentorship, we ensure urban youth are empowered to build their own futures.

Our Garfield MVP (Middle School Program) students have been leveling up their communication skills in the most creative way!

Students paired up for interactive peer interviews to practice active listening, then turned their partner's answers into original Bio Poems. To celebrate their hard work, the class held a gallery walk, giving everyone a chance to read each other's poetry and cheer on their peers!

To top off an incredible week, we celebrated our dedicated youth with a special Perfect Attendance Lunch to recognize their commitment to showing up and growing every day.

Transforming lives and strengthening our community requires deep-rooted, compassionate partnerships! 💙

A heartfelt thank you to Season for Sharing for their unwavering dedication to local education and youth empowerment. Through their continued support, Elevate Phoenix provides thousands of under-resourced youth with the guidance, academic resources, and relational mentorship needed to build brighter futures.

Across 10 target schools in our community, our full-time Teacher-Mentors serve as a 24/7/365 presence - teaching accredited life-skills, guiding career goals, and creating safe havens where every student is seen, known, challenged, and loved. With the backing of partners like Season for Sharing, our students overcome systemic challenges to achieve a 98% high school graduation rate and a 100% post-secondary plan rate across college, trade programs, military, and workforce pathways.

Thank you, Season for Sharing, for being true Hope Holders and investing in the promise of Phoenix youth!
