💦 JOIN US for 91|Outreach's First-Ever Baptism Service! 💦
📅 Sunday, May 31 ⏰ 10:00 AM
🌊 A Day of Faith, Hope, and New Beginnings. Everyone is welcome to come celebrate with us as we witness lives transformed and commitments made to follow Christ!
What is baptism?
Going under the water symbolizes dying to your old way of life and leaving behind sin. Rising out of the water represents being raised to a new life in Christ. Baptism is a public declaration that a person has repented of their sins, placed their faith in Jesus, and chosen to follow Him. The washing with water symbolizes spiritual cleansing and the forgiveness of sins.
If you have signed up to be baptized, please join us for our 10:00 AM service at 91|Outreach Church, where a special baptism message will be shared before we head to Lake Pleasant for the baptism service.
Would you like to be baptized?
There is still time! Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to be added to the baptism list. We would be honored to celebrate this important step of faith with you.
📋 Things to Bring:
• Dark-colored clothing is recommended (your black 91|O shirt is perfect!) • Towel • Hair ties (if needed) • Appropriate footwear for the water • A change of clothes • Chairs for seating at the lake • Water, sunscreen, and other personal items as needed.
⚠️ Please Note: There is a small entrance fee to enter Lake Pleasant Regional Park.
🍽️ Potluck Fellowship to Follow
Following the baptisms, we will gather for a time of food, fellowship, and celebration.
If you signed up to bring an item, please don't forget it! Your contribution helps make this a special day for everyone.
Even if you didn't sign up, feel free to bring a favorite dish, dessert, snack, or drinks to share. The more the merrier!
Let's come together to celebrate new beginnings, encourage one another, and enjoy a wonderful afternoon of fellowship as a church family.
