What was once a vacant building is now a place where families can access healthcare close to home.

The Jesse Owens Health Center expanded access to women's health, pediatrics, dental care, and adult medicine in a community where these services are needed every day.

We're proud to partner with Mountain Park Health Center as they continue providing trusted care to more than 115,000 patients annually.

One thing we heard again and again during the Lending Learning Lab was the value of learning alongside people who understand the work.

For leaders helping entrepreneurs access capital and grow their local economies, that connection matters.

This reflection captures what made the experience so meaningful: new ideas, honest conversations, and a renewed sense of purpose.

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is supporting people who are deeply committed to their communities.

75 new affordable homes are coming to Oakland.

The Unity Council and Eden Housing recently broke ground on 2700 International, a new development that will bring affordable housing to Oakland families by 2028.

Community leaders, partners, and residents gathered to celebrate the milestone, including Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee, RDF Board Member Noni Ramos, and RDF staff members Mick Acevedo and Elias Salgado, who support RDF’s housing investment work.
