Did you know Maryvale is one of Phoenix’s hottest and most under-shaded neighborhoods?

Join Councilwoman Anna Hernandez and RUMBO for **A Walk in the Park**, a community walk at Desert West Park to share ideas for more shade, comfort, and welcoming spaces.

DSCS has been working with RUMBO to support their coalition-building in Maryvale and their advocacy for policies and projects that strengthen heat resilience in the community.
