Good morning letโs get to it ladies and gents!
Studies show that regular exercise can reverse heart damage caused by a sedentary lifestyle and agingโbut the key is to start before 65.
Researchers found that exercising four to five times a week improved heart function, boosting oxygen intake by 18% and increasing heart elasticity by 25%.
Over two years, participants followed a structured regimen including moderate-intensity workouts, high-intensity intervals, and strength training. Those who followed this plan saw major cardiovascular benefits compared to a control group doing yoga and balance exercises.
Dr. Benjamin Levine, lead researcher and Director of the Institute for Exercise and Environmental Medicine, stressed that exercise is as essential as daily hygiene. The study, published in Circulation, highlights how aging stiffens the heartโs left ventricle, reducing its efficiency. However, regular aerobic and strength training can restore heart functionโif started in middle age.
Along with exercise - using organic oils such as Sea Buckthorn Berry and Black Seed Oil can also help improve heart function.
