What does it take to build stronger communities?

Last week's "It Happens at STN" event offered a reminder that real progress happens when leaders come together to share ideas, tackle challenges, and invest in people.

The New Freedom Project team left energized by conversations centered on leadership, collaboration, and community impact.

Every day, we see the power of second chances as men and women work to rebuild their lives after incarceration. Their success depends not only on individual determination, but on communities willing to provide support, opportunity, and connection.

We're thankful to be a part of a space where organizations can learn from one another and explore how we can collectively build a brighter future for Arizona.

Giles puts family first. He grew up without a father figure, so he made it his mission to be present for his own family. Through his career at New Freedom, he's found a second family, one that allows him to provide support to so many.
