Mrs. Hancock, librarian at Neshoba Central High School, was recently awarded a grant from the Community Foundation of East Mississippi through the Margaret Dulaney Art Endowment. Her project, “Expression Station: A Creative Art Space in the Library,” will provide students with a dedicated space to explore creativity through art, hands-on projects, and self-expression. This innovative addition to the library will encourage creativity, support student well-being, and create new opportunities for connection and learning. We are so proud of Mrs. Hancock for her dedication to our students and for continuing to make the library a place where creativity and learning thrive!

Care Crafts Club Donation Alert 🚨 Choctaw Residential Center + Neshoba General Nursing Home ☀️ What a lovely group of people! We donated bingo prizes and painted pots for the residents! As the weather is getting warmer, get outside and interact with your community—whether that’s volunteering or just brightening someone’s day.

Good afternoon crafters! Today, we made Bingo Prizes for the Neshoba General Nursing Home! We also conducted interviews for the potential 2026-2027 Care Crafts officers. You all did an amazing job and should be so proud of yourselves. Remember to try to make someone smile every day! 💝

More pots and some pixelated flowers! Thank you again to Saif Alnaham for the flower pots, we can’t wait to fill them full of beautiful, real flowers. We will be having interviews for officers soon, so please make sure you are remaining an active member if you’d like to be part of our team. Stay crafty!

A big thank you to Transitions Behavioral Health for the stickers, and an important message. We had such a wonderful time painting these pots, hoping to plant cute flowers in them! It was very nice to see some faces we haven’t seen in a while. Remember guys, get your craft on! Spring is right around the corner. It’s been a wonderful Wednesday! 🌸🌿🪴🧶
