local businesses: PLEASE reach out if you find yourself with extra food at the end of your close. we can send out a dedicated volunteer to take the food off your hands.

this is great for several reasons: bulk donations can be tax deductible, you can drastically reduce food waste, you can nourish your community.

these particular batch is from . we’re lucky to receive food regularly from and . we’d love to connect with a few more likeminded spots!

Thanks to public support and the rapid response from community members who came together to help, we were able to replace one aging, unreliable refrigerator with two new energy-efficient units!!

This upgrade increases our food storage capacity, improves food safety, reduces waste, lowers energy and maintenance costs, and strengthens our ability to serve the community consistently and effectively.

We could not have done this without you. Your generosity is helping us create a healthier, more reliable and better resourced food distribution program.

At the same time, we’re pretty sad to let our old fridgey go. We don’t recommend It for refrigeration, as it’s powering down rapidly. Do you guys have any ideas about what we can do with our first fridge? Ideas welcomed!
