We need volunteers! We are desperate to keep our existing food pickups and we need volunteers.

Give time if you can for one pickup, or sign up for ongoing, or on demand. Each pickup is different. We have a program that explains the different logistics and requirements before you sign up. And you can sign up and cancel if your availability changes. Most pickups are one or two boxes. Some require a bit more space that a small SUV could accommodate. Some require a truck or much larger vehicle like a van.
We can help fulfill community service hours for court, for a social or school club, for work volunteer requirements, etc.
We would love to have you as a part of this project.

FREE FOOD

Travis County Community Center, Pflugerville Food Pantry & Utility Assistance in partnership with the Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is located at 15822 Foothill Farms Loop Travis County Residents can access the free food pantry and free clothes once every 30 days Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm with the exception of being closed Tuesdays 8 am – 1 pm for restocking. We encourage you to call 512-854-1530 to schedule an appointment, but accept walk-ins also. Please see their Food Pantry page for additional information on how to apply.

The Regina Food Bank’s new Community Food Hub looks just like a regular supermarket — shelves full, carts rolling — but everything is free. 🛒

Registered low-income families can “shop” for up to $200 worth of groceries every two weeks, bringing dignity and choice back to the table. ❤️
