🚨 Rx3 Travel Day Alert 🚨

The Reagan Raiders Rifle Team is on the move.

Today we head to Anniston, Alabama for the Air Force JROTC 3PAR National Championships. The top 18 teams in the nation will step to the line. We enter ranked 16th in the country. We are not satisfied with that number.

The past two weeks tested us. Snow and ice shut down school and disrupted our rhythm. While others rested, we adjusted. When the doors finally opened, we crammed in two intense days of focused, disciplined work. No excuses. No panic. Just refinement.

But championships are not built in two days. They are built in August practices. In early mornings. In match pressure. In every shot plan written. In every correction made. In every 10.3 that could have been a 10.6.

This team will rely on the foundation laid all season long.
The training.
The discipline.
The process.

The target does not care about rankings. It does not care about weather delays. It does not care about reputation. It only responds to ex*****on.

We travel as competitors.
We arrive as contenders.
We leave better than we came.

Steady Hands. Focused Minds. Never Miss.

Let’s make our mark. 🎯

The work never stops.

As we move deeper into the season, the Reagan Raiders Rifle Team (Rx3) is fully focused on preparing for the Air Force JROTC 3PAR Service Championships, to be held 12–14 February at the Judith Legerski CMP South Range in Anniston, Alabama. Only the top 18 Air Force JROTC rifle teams from across the nation earn the right to compete on that line, and once again, Reagan will be among them.

Preparation at this level is not about trophies on a shelf. It is about discipline, repetition, and trust in the process. Every practice matters. Every shot matters. Every athlete is working toward the same goal, not perfection, but consistency when it counts most.

This season is about building readiness the right way. Fundamentals first. Mental resilience. Shooting with intent. Supporting one another through the grind of training. Championships are not won in February. They are earned in the weeks and months leading up to it.

We are proud of the effort our athletes are putting in, grateful for the support of our families and community, and excited for the opportunity to measure ourselves against the best Air Force JROTC teams in the country once again.

Steady Hands. Focused Minds. Never Miss.

The Reagan Raiders Rifle Team (Rx3) has officially qualified for the Air Force JROTC 3-Position Air Rifle National Championships, finishing ranked #16 out of 109 Air Force teams that submitted scores nationwide.

That ranking earns Rx3 a spot among the top 18 teams in the Air Force and a ticket to Anniston, Alabama, where the nation’s best will go head-to-head February 12–14, 2026.

Preparation is already underway. Every rep matters. Every detail counts. This is the stage where discipline, consistency, and trust in the process define the outcome.

The Reagan Raiders Rifle Team turned in a powerful performance at the combined West Forsyth Fall 3x20 CMP Cup Match and the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools District Championship.

Reagan’s B-Team surged past the A-Team by two points, securing 2nd Place in the WS/FCS District, finishing behind West Forsyth and ahead of every other school in the county. The depth, discipline, and steady progression of our athletes were on full display, proving the strength of the Raiders lineup across the board.

Individual Highlights
• Jared Sifuentes, Team Captain, delivered another standout match and earned 2nd Overall in the District.
• Kiley Driver continued her rise and locked in 3rd Overall in the District with a commanding finish in Standing.

Career Day Performances
A Career Day is defined as firing personal bests in all three positions—kneeling, prone, and standing—in the same match. Today, five Raiders delivered exactly that.
• Braden Huff
• Mason Sipe
• Madison Baires
• De’Vaughn Baker
• Kiley Driver

New Personal Records Set
• Jared Sifuentes – PR in Standing and Aggregate
• Brenin Fort – PR in Standing
• Tucker Goldwater – PR in Prone

These accomplishments reflect the work ethic and competitive mindset that define the Reagan program. Every athlete contributed to a strong district showing and set the tone for what’s ahead.

The team now shifts focus to the North Carolina CMP State Championship, hosted at West Forsyth this January. Preparation begins immediately as the Raiders look to elevate once again on the state stage.

Steady hands. Focused minds. Never miss.

Reagan’s Rx³ squad just wrapped Week 7 of the Scopos National Sporter Air Rifle League with their highest team score of the season—an impressive 1,060.3 points. Competing against American Legion Post 72, our athletes delivered strong performances across all positions and showed how much their dedication is paying off.

Several shooters notched personal records in this match. Tucker Goldwater set a new personal mark in standing, De’Vaughn Baker earned personal bests in both prone and standing, and Madison Baires posted her best prone score yet. These milestones underscore the steady progress each athlete is making.

Beyond the numbers, this was another great opportunity for our shooters to push themselves and demonstrate the discipline and focus we emphasize every day in the range. Proud of Rx³ for continuing to raise the bar—here’s to building on this momentum as the season continues!

Week 6 Match Recap – Reagan AFJROTC Rifle Team

Reagan AFJROTC hosted Newsome AJROTC this week in National Sporter League competition, with both teams shooting from their home ranges. Reagan earned the win to move to 3-2 on the season. However, the team finished several points below its season average, providing a timely checkpoint as preparations intensify for the upcoming championship stretch.

The brightside of the match saw important individual growth, with multiple athletes achieving new Personal Records:

-Team Captain Jared Sifuentes – PR in Standing and Aggregate
-Braden Huff – PR in Standing
-Mason Sipe – PR in Kneeling
-Madison Baires – PR in Prone
-De’Vaughn Baker – PRs in Kneeling and Prone

In the weeks ahead, the team shifts its focus toward major events. Preparations are underway for the 2025 Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools 3 Position Air Rifle District Championship hosted at West Forsyth High School — Charlie Team competes on November 20, with Alpha and Bravo Teams competing on November 22. The team is also preparing to fire the US Air Force Service Championship Postal, which will determine qualification for the national-level championship among the top AFJROTC programs in the country.

At the same time, the program is running its annual team fundraiser. Donations help ensure athletes are able to travel, compete, attend training opportunities, and continue growing in a sport that rewards patience, discipline, and commitment. If you’re unable to give, even a share of the fundraiser link goes a long way in helping us reach our supporters.
