Whoa, this is amazing…
Feed People Not Dumpsters wishes to thank you for joining us on our adventure! And, we wanted to share some inspiring news!

Our semi annual yard sale was terrific! Proceeds were just over $1000!

We truly appreciate all the friends from Faith UMC, Sherwood Forest, Mt. Tabor UMC, Old Town Baptist, Bible Baptist Fellowship and Christ Church Anglican for their support by providing space, long term storage, stuff to sell and some hustle and muscle to move!
Because of our dedicated volunteers and generous donors we not only celebrate another successful sale; we were honored to donate household items to families in need, support two other charities in their mission, and offer clothing, shoes and blankets for flood survivors in western North Carolina.
The really incredible news is that your impact doesn’t end there!

Through our free program, you help seniors downsize and with the proceeds from our charity yard sale, we uplift hungry neighbors by growing and delivering fresh produce to food pantries.

Feed People Not Dumpsters is grateful for your support and encouragement all year!

It’s time for our FALL CHARITY YARD SALE!!! It will be Saturday October 26th at Christ Church ( former site of Wesley Memorial United Methodist). 1210 Bolton Street. Winston-Salem, NC. All proceeds go to Feed People Not Dumpsters to help fight food insecurity. Come get some great deals!Hope to see everyone there!!

It’s garden season!! All the ground is ready for some good food to be planted! And we have some turnip greens that just kept growing over the winter!!

And what a season it has been!
Harvest blessings abound and we are filled with thanksgiving for all the people who prayed over this project.

Those who helped plant, w**d, water, pick and deliver 16 different types of vegetables to 8 pantries!

Those who donated stuff, sorted, priced items and showed up to shop for our charity sales.

YOUR generosity made 3370 pounds of fresh produce available to hungry families. Way to go!

The brief rain shower may have made our sign soggy, but not our spirits!

We are so grateful to all who donated items, shopped for deals, helped with transport, made connections and prayed for our mission. We surpassed our goal and provided potatoes & okra too!

Keep an eye out for our next big charity sale in the spring! Date will be announced soon!
