CAPE Council of Antrim, Charlevoix and Emmet Counties The mission of the CAPE Council is the prevention of child abuse and neglect through increased public awareness, community collaboration and education.

The CAPE Council is a Children's Trust Michigan designated Council. We provide resources to the community through brochures on parenting skills, hold an annual conference, recognize community members who positively impact the lives of children, participate in the Parenting Awareness Month and the Children's Health Fair as well as publish a quarterly newsletter.
