🌱 Join us in our continued effort to tend Cascade Creek through invasive removal and native plant revegetation. We will get the opportunity to spend time outdoors, meet new people, eat a yummy lunch together prepared by Pie Ranch, and learn about invasive and native plants.

Pie Ranch’s mission is clearer than ever: to build a a local, carbon-smart food system centered on equity and land stewardship - a system that encompasses every layer of The Whole Pie.

🌱Come see how we are weaving land stewardship with regenerative food production during a farm tour, visit our beautiful straw bale Farmhouse, and enjoy culinary delights fresh from the farm.

🌾Proceeds from the Whole Pie fundraiser will go towards programs that teach about food, farming, and culinary skills to Bay Area youth; create career pathways and land access through our Regenerator Program at Cascade Ranch; and support advocacy work toward structural change in our food system that aims to heal our relationships with self, other, and the Earth.

🥾Join us for our Community Workday & Meadow Dance on Saturday June 20th.
🪏The 3-6pm volunteer day rotates between working in the Native Garden and Pie Ranch’s Program Garden. RSVP for your free spot today with link in bio.
🪕The 6-9pm meadow dance features some joyful live folk music and dancing under the open sky. A live dance caller will lead us in dances accompanied by the The Home Pie String Band as we celebrate being together. Pre-registration is ENCOURAGED for the dance, so make sure to get your ticket ahead of time with sliding scale tickets via the link in bio.

⛺️ We are excited to be hosting a ‘camp’ focused on Seaweed next week (6/17-19).
🌊 Discover the different types of seaweed present in our coastal area, learn about their remarkable health advantages, and participate in hands-on activities such as seaweed harvesting, kelp habitat restoration, and a seaweed cooking workshop, all led by experienced experts.
🎟️ In addition to our sliding scale tickets, we just launched a new ‘Locals ticket’ option for folks who live close and just want to focus on the seaweed aspects of the experience. All other tickets include camping, fireside chats, pie baking, early tide exploration on day two plus time on the farm.

The Whole Pie is a multi-course meal crafted by our partner Chef Tim Edmonds, featuring fresh seasonal produce, and humanely raised meats and dairy, all sourced directly from our farm and neighbors.
