Yay! We are finally ready for festival today, Saturday September 23, 3-8pm. Hope to see you there!
It has required a whole weekend and a week long of afterwork hours, a true workout moving plywood and cutting it, and the crucial help of friend (aka Janet Clark) to sand and prime them all.
Come to Joy Jam for great ethnic food, music, fine arts and heart painting! 😃✌🏽❤️

Come to on Saturday, September 23rd, 3-8pm.
Painting on a heart is free. All materials are thanks to and to to grant access to resources after we lost it all in the in 2020. Write or paint pictures, your call. When you are done you get to hang it at the farm! All painted will become a Pescadero public installation in February 2024. Be part of this story.

Also this year Arte Motu will continue the Corazones tradition by hanging hearts starting this weekend and retrieving them back sometime in early March.

Everyone in the community is welcome to contribute new hearts. It’s easy! Prepare your heart(s), post on a light pole about 6ft from the ground using nails or screws, leave it for the whole month of February, recover heart(s) in early March. Hearts that are not retrieved by the end of March might be taken away.
