On May 15, we had the opportunity to attend a presentation highlighting the 2025–26 Story Jumper Innovative Grant—and it was one of those moments that remind you why this work matters. 📚✨

Watching our PACE Center students become published authors through books they wrote and created themselves was something special. Their creativity, confidence, and willingness to share their ideas reminded all of us that every story deserves to be told.

One of the greatest gifts we can give students is the belief that their voice matters. When students are encouraged to tell their stories, they discover their own power—and inspire others along the way.

This week, Pearland ISD Education Foundation had the pleasure of welcoming the Openland Credit Union Executive Team for a special check presentation benefiting our students and teachers! 💚

Through their Mascot Debit Card program, Openland continues to make a meaningful impact, helping us provide resources that enrich teaching, inspire learning, and expand opportunities across Pearland ISD.

Their support doesn’t stop there! This year, Openland also served as our Valet Sponsor for the Evening for Education Gala and even joined us for Prize Patrol – Day 1 🎉—getting a firsthand look at the joy and excitement these grants bring to our campuses.

We are so grateful for partners like Openland Credit Union who truly invest in our schools and community. We look forward to continuing this incredible partnership and making an even greater impact together!
