A few days of dreaming, planning, praying, and looking ahead together. 🌿

Our strategic planning time was a chance to step back from the day-to-day, celebrate what God has been doing, and get intentional about where we’re headed next.

We’re grateful for a team that brings different perspectives, gifts, and experiences to the table—and even more grateful that we get to pursue this mission together.

Also thankful Eric Cone, our Kenya Country Director, got to join us this year!

With summer 2026 in the books, we are already looking forward to recruiting a US team to serve at camp next summer It’s natural to have some fears with such a big leap of faith but imagine with our God what the opportunity could be!!

Do you know someone 18+ that you would love to experience Camp BlueSky summer 2027? Tag them in this post!

Quick shoutout to our US camp team! These four girls faithfully and prayerfully support raised to spend 5 weeks in Kenya to serve alongside our BlueSky Kenya team! They served well, loved and poured themselves out, and had an open to heart for all the Lord was doing in and through them! As these four girls are back home and transitioning back to their schools and workplaces, we know their service to the Lord didn’t stop in Kenya and they each faithfully serve him wherever they go! We pray the Lord blesses and continues the good work in all of you!

We love getting to create these opportunities for US young adults to come and serve in Nairobi! With fall quickly approaching, we are excited about building a new team for 2027!! If you know someone or are connected to a university, church, or young adult group, that would be interested in serving alongside BlueSky through our camp, family life, or adventures ministries, please feel free to comment down below or DM us!

To Kaitlyn, Millie, Thelmary, and Ryann, we’re excited to cheer you on in this next season of life and hope to see you in Kenya next year😉
