WE HAVE SO MANY INCREDIBLE DOGS WAITING FOR THEIR PEOPLE! ❤️

Big dogs, little dogs, puppies, teenagers, couch potatoes, professional goofballs… you name it, we probably have a four-legged friend who fits the description!

And here’s the thing. We need YOUR help finding their people. 🥹

We’re showcasing 20 adorable, adoptable faces in this post, but that’s just a fraction of the dogs looking for homes at Happy Life Animal Rescue. We couldn’t possibly squeeze all their sweet faces into one post!

Every single one of them has a story. Every single one deserves a chance. And somewhere out there are the families who haven’t met their new best friends yet. ❤️

The skies might be gray, but this little guy is bringing ALL the sunshine! ☀️

Meet Alpaca, our adorable 7-month-old Collie/Mini Aussie mix! 🐶💕 He’s sweet, playful, full of personality, and ready to brighten someone’s day!

Alpaca has been recovering from some hair loss, but he’s looking better every day! His fur might still be growing back, but his cuteness? Already at 100%. 😍

🥯 EVERYTHING BUT THE CREAM CHEESE! 🥯

Meet Bagel, our 9-month-old American Bully mix who’s serving up a whole lot of personality! 🩶🐾

This handsome silver boy is equal parts sweet, silly, and ridiculously adorable. He’s got the goofy personality, the good looks, and the kind of face that makes it VERY hard to say no to him. 😂

Bagel is still just a puppy, with plenty of growing, learning, and loving left to do. All he’s missing is a family to call his own!

🌟 NEVER TELL HIM THE ODDS. 🌟

Meet Han Solo, our 6-month-old Lab mix with a little limp and a whole lot of life left to live. ❤️🐾

Han was recently surrendered back to us with an injured leg. We immediately got him to the vet, where X-rays revealed that his injury had already healed, just not the way it should have.

We brought him to an orthopedic surgeon, hoping for a solution. Unfortunately, surgery wasn’t an option.

But here’s the good news. Han’s story is FAR from over. ❤️

Han isn’t in pain. He can still play, go for walks, explore the world, and live a long, happy life!

Will he ever be a marathon runner? Probably not. Will he always have a little limp? Most likely.

But does any of that make him less deserving of an amazing family? ABSOLUTELY NOT. 🥹

Han doesn’t know he’s different. He doesn’t know what the X-rays showed. He just knows there’s a big, exciting world out there waiting for him.

We’re not sharing his story because we want you to feel sorry for him.

We’re sharing it because we want you to see everything that’s RIGHT with him. ❤️

Somewhere out there is a family who won’t see a puppy with a limp. They’ll simply see their new best friend.

🐾🧸 LOUIS HAS A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION… HAVE YOU SEEN HIS TOY?! 🧸🐾

Meet Louis, our adorable 4-month-old Lab/Shepherd mix who believes life is better with a toy in his mouth! 🐶💛

This handsome little guy joined us during our recent hurricane rescue mission, where we helped get dogs out of harm’s way ahead of the storm. ⛈️➡️🏡

Now that the storm is behind him, Louis is ready for a forecast filled with 100% chance of playtime, unlimited cuddles, and occasional showers of squeaky toys! ☀️🦴

Louis is as sweet as can be, loves to play, and has a personality that’ll make you smile. Whether he’s proudly carrying around his favorite toy or soaking up some attention, this boy is ready to bring a whole lot of happiness into someone’s life.

This is Gary. ❤️

Gary was one of our volunteers. He loved coming in to walk the dogs, slip them treats, and give them a break from the kennel. He loved his dogs, his family, and of course, golf. He passed away five years ago, and he is still missed by everyone who knew him.

On Monday, October 19, we’re back out on the course for the Gary B Love Golf Outing at Centennial Golf Course in Carmel, NY, an exclusive club that normally requires an extensive membership to play.

⛳ Breakfast, sh***un start, and beverage service on the course 🚜 Time on the golf carts 🥪 Boxed lunch and a cigar for the course 🏆 Contests with prizes, including a $10,000 hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to the pin, and a putting contest 🍻 Cocktail hour, buffet dinner, raffles, and a silent auction 🎁 Swag bags for every golfer

And the forecast is looking like a beautiful 60 degrees with no rain!

Golfer or not, there’s a seat for you (dinner only is just $100). Every swing supports the animals of Happy Life Animal Rescue.

Meet Roxy, our stunning 5-month-old white Shepherd mix who made it out of Alabama just before the hurricane rolled in! ⛈️❤️

While the storm was getting ready to make landfall, Roxy was getting ready for something much better… a second chance at a happy life! 🏡

And let us tell you, this girl is an absolute SWEETHEART! 🥹💕 She’s friendly, loving, playful, and has all the wonderful puppy energy you’d expect from a 5-month-old Shepherd mix!

Roxy escaped the storm, but there’s one thing she hasn’t escaped yet… being ridiculously adorable. 😍

Meet Brownie, our 8-month-old, one-of-a-kind mix of Rat Terrier, Shih Tzu, Chihuahua, and Jack Russell Terrier! 🐶

Yep, that’s FOUR breeds packed into one adorable little package. We like to think of him as the ultimate recipe for happiness! 🍫❤️

Brownie came to us as a local surrender, and now he’s ready to find a family to call his very own!
