This month's sponsored organization is United Christian Services VBC. We have a donation bin on our counter collecting monetary donations all month long. Additionally, we will be collecting any donation items you would like to drop off: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, backpacks, and water bottles. Check out their page for a full list of needs.

📅Mark your calendars for June 27th when up to 10% of our sales will be donated to this amazing organization that supports our community through a large variety of services.

Join us on Monday June 15th for help in a time of crisis or just for advice. Agencies are in attendance from 9am until 11am, so come as early as you can to be sure to see the agency you need before they have to leave!

This upcoming Monday is Diaper Bank Day for eligible families, those of low income and Foster Moms. You will be required to fill out a form with parent's or guardian names and addresses, plus ages of all the children receiving diapers. Eligibility includes income but also recipients of benefits such as wic, food stamps, cash assistance and more. WE also have Early On and other family focused agencies ready to meet with you to answer questions aboutyour child. Plus this month we are giving away books, one per household provided by United Way!
If you are uable to make the Monday, please call the office on 269 415 0767 to arrange a different time during our opening hours- (but it MUST be during the week of June 15th)

Every Monday, Coffee Connections is open to help in the face of crisis.

We are a little short staffed over the next few weeks. It may take us longer than usual to resolve certain situations but a visit to Coffee Connections on a Monday helps the process. If you are looking for assistance from us, please come to Coffee Connections between 9am and 11am to visit the agencies we have in attendance and for the intake interview that we require also.
Bringing documentation of the need and proof of income, plus pledges you may already have or decision notices from DHHS really speeds things up!

So many agencies available to answer questions about services, or if you are struggling. Don't wait any longer, we are friendly and we want to help.

TOMORROW is a busy one for Coffee Connections-
Diaper Bank, providing free diapers and wipes for eligible families and foster parents in need.
PLUS many agencies to help with life from cradle to seniors! Come and see us too if you are facing an issue and you do not know where to turn. We will try and connect you with resources.

Coffee Connections starts at 9am and finishes promptly at 11 am, and the Diaper Bank distributes until noon.

Free Diapers and Wipes for families in need. Also from 9am to 11 am there are resources through local agencies available too.

Apologies for the inconvenience but we are not able under any circumstances to accept donations on Thursday this week (May 14th). If you can hold on to them until next week, we would still love to take them off your hands.

It's all about the Girls this week!!

We are in desperate need of children's clothes, especially 4T upwards for GIRLS.
If you have clean and gently used dresses, pants, tops and sweatshirts your daughters, nieces, granddaughters have grown out of, we can use them here at Lydia's Closet!
We accept donations on Mondays and Thursdays between 9:30 and noon, 2 large bags or boxes per drop off.
(Come to the EAST doors in the East Parking Lot, at 600 E Michigan Ave, Paw Paw, MI 49079)

Spring Cleaning? If you are cleaning out your closets to get ready for the spring/summer seasons, please consider donating your clean and gently used women's tops, blouses, t-shirts that you no longer want to Lydia's Closet -for someone else to enjoy! We will take any- but we are very short of SMALL and MEDIUM sizes.

Monday March 23rd, Lydia's Closet is OPEN with Spring and Summer Clothing available. 10am to 1pm. Last entry is at 12:45pm.

EXCITING NEWS! We have a new sorting room where donations can be dropped off between 10am and 12 noon. Entrance is just around the corner to Lydia's Closet, (the door with the silver ramp in the East Parking lot!) We are still only taking TWO large bags max per drop off visit, unless prior arrangement has been made. More information ( and photos) coming soon!
