Eating disorders affect more than eating behaviors, they affect the whole person.

They can impact physical health, emotional well-being, and social relationships. Because of this, effective treatment for eating disorders often involves a multidisciplinary approach, bringing together medical, nutrition, and mental health support.

Whole-person care recognizes that recovery is not one-size-fits-all—and that compassionate, coordinated treatment can support healing.

❤️ February is Heart Health Month!

Your heart works hard for you every day — and regular movement is one of the best ways to keep it strong.

🏃‍♀️ Why Physical Activity Matters:
Being active helps lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol, reduce stress, and make your heart more efficient. Even small amounts of movement, like a 10‑minute walk, can add up to big benefits over time.

💪 Simple Ways to Move More:
• Take a quick walk during breaks
• Stretch or do light exercises at home
• Park farther away or take the stairs
• Dance, play, or get active with your family

❤️ Make a goal to move a little more each day. Your heart will thank you!

Binge Eating Disorder (BED) is a serious mental health condition that is often misunderstood and underrecognized.

Research shows that many people living with BED also experience other mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. These overlapping challenges highlight the importance of comprehensive, compassionate care that treats the whole person—not just eating behaviors.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, support is available. Seeking help can make a meaningful difference.
