Good morning! There is unfortunately a ton of construction and heavy machinery in the parking lot at Swanson Park where we are scheduled to have our first play date today. There is no way we can safely have our kids play there and have any available parking. We are making a very quick pivot and having everyone head to Eagle Ridge Park Near 66th and cornhusker inside the Eagle Ridge neighborhood. If you Google it, it will take you right there!

Trinity MomCo of Papillion is hosting summer play dates (Wednesdays at 10am), and they’re open to anyone who wants to meet other moms, let the kids play, and get a feel for what our group is all about. No pressure to join - just a chance to connect, build community, and enjoy some summer fun together!

Whether you’re new to the area, looking for mom friends, or just need an excuse to get out of the house, we’d love to have you. Bring the kids and come say hi! 💛

Public registration for Trinity MomCo of Papillion is officially OPEN! 🎉

If you’re a mom looking for community, encouragement, and good company, we would love to have you join us this year. We meet the first and third Wednesday mornings beginning in September and offer so much more than just meetups: Mom’s Night Outs, play dates, walking clubs, Bible studies, and meaningful friendships with moms who truly show up for one another.

Motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and MomCo is a place to build real community in every season of motherhood.

We spent our last gathering of the year hearing moving testimonies from some of our moms (and eating breakfast tacos!) at our tacos and testimony meetup. The next weekend, we celebrated the end of an incredible MomCo year by gathering our families for a picnic. Sooo many people and so much fun and laughter! I’m so incredibly thankful for our group of 50 women who invested in each other this year!

After a nice long break over the holidays, we’ve been back at it this semester! 💛 We’ve welcomed a local therapist who encouraged us to lean into making real mom friends and building authentic community. We’ve had honest conversations about deepening connection in our marriages and partner relationships. And just today, we were empowered by an incredible presentation from Officer Boehmer and Detective Steir of the Papillion Police Department on keeping our kids safe and making wise, confident decisions in today’s tech-heavy world. We’re so grateful for the growth, the laughter, and the practical tools we’ve walked away with so far this semester!

Looking back on the past month with such a full heart.

We shared so much fun and connection at our Moms Night Out game night with appetizers, our playdate at the La Vista Police Department and our Moms Night Out craft night where we painted Christmas decor together. We also came together for our service meeting to make blankets and write encouraging cards for the Open Door Mission, and to assemble Birthday in a Bag kits for The Dignity Closet.

We truly love spending time together and doing life alongside other moms. Even more, we love partnering with our community to support others and learn more about the people and organizations that serve our families every day.

So grateful for this group and the hearts behind it. 💗

Over the past few weeks, our MomCo group has gathered for several meetups filled with laughter, conversation, and connection. Together, we’ve been reminded that most of us are doing better than we think we are…and that sometimes God calls us to step out of our comfort zones to strengthen our faith and build a lasting foundation for our families.

Beyond our regular meetups, we’ve enjoyed playdates and outings that keep our community thriving: like a morning at the apple orchard, Mom’s Nights Out filled with music, games, and good company, and even a running and walking club that gives moms a chance to move, talk, and recharge together.

Our group is currently full, but we do keep a waitlist for moms who’d like to join in the future. If you’ve ever wondered what MomCo is all about, it’s a space where real moms show up for one another, grow together, and find encouragement for the season we’re in. Reach out if you’d like to join the waitlist! ❤️
