Congratulations to 11757 S 113th Street for winning the Garden Walk Yard of the Month for July, with 7 votes! This time the runner-up was super close with 6 votes, and the final yard with 4 votes! All three yards demonstrate a great amount of curb appeal that make those walks and drives around the neighborhood enjoyable!

Thank you to all who voted this month, and, most importantly, thank you, neighbors, for putting in the effort to make your yards beautiful…you make the neighborhood welcoming! Stay tuned for the call for nominations for the August Yard of the Month in a couple of weeks…we already have two nominations that were received for July that we put into the August queue to keep things fair at three contestants per month.

Nominations for the Garden Walk Yard of the Month for July are now being accepted! Please send us the addresses of yards that are well-maintained, nicely landscaped, and/or offer amazing curb appeal and they will have the chance to win a gift card to locally owned Canoyer Garden Center!

Nominations will be accepted until July 25th, and can be made via email to [email protected], through the mail at Southern Pointe HOA, PO Box 460694, Papillion NE 68046, or Facebook Messenger through the Southern Pointe HOA page.

Winners will be announced on the last day of the month.

Hello, neighbors! This is a reminder that in accordance with the Southern Pointe protective covenants, perimeter fences must be kept in good condition. Fences that have holes or that are missing pickets are not in good condition and are therefore in violation of the protective covenants. Property owners of such fences will receive violation notices and are subject to subsequent legal action if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner.

Congratulations to 11706 S 111th Avenue for winning the Garden Walk Yard of the Month for June, with 15 votes! This was another close one, with the runner-up yard receiving 12 votes, and the final yard receiving 8 votes! Thank you to all three nominees for taking such great care of your yards!

Hello, neighbors...this is a friendly reminder that work trucks, boats, campers, trailers, etc. are not allowed to be parked on the street within the neighborhood at any time in accordance with the Southern Pointe protective covenants. Work trucks must be parked in the property's driveway. Campers, trailers, boats, and similar items must be parked in the property's driveway as well, but are only allowed to be parked there for a total of seven days within the calendar year (July 1st through June 30th).
