Hawaiian Village

Hawaiian Village Hawaiian Village is a 73 acre sand base lake community of about 180 homes. It's a little bit country, but only 10 minutes from city life.

It is just 5 miles south of Papillion, Nebraska located within SID #97 and has easy access to Omaha, Bellevue, and Lincoln. The community has sand volleyball leagues in the summer, there are tennis courts, Platte River view walking trails, and a very active Social Committee with fun seasonal events that include an annual luau picnic, Fall, Winter and Spring festivals.

Safety Committee



Volunteers for the committee are being contacted and will be confirmed during the next week and will be commencing there assigned duties as soon as all participants have accepted. We look forward to these volunteers helping to educate all residence on improving the safety of our community. More to come in the immediate future.

The printer made a mistake, there is only one position up for reelection and only two persons have submitted there names for consideration, Martin Apprich and Lynne Schennse. ATTENTION:

Re: NO WAKE Starting at 3pm July 3rd only

After deliberation amongst the board regarding a petition for no wake on July 3rd we have come to a compromise of no wake starting at 1500/3pm Sunday 3 July 2016. This decision no way sets a precedence for future holiday activities on our lake community. We, the board, remind all lot owners to review and discuss with any guests all rules and regulations regarding safe operation of all water craft to insure a safe holiday.

Independence Day Celebration
Sunday - July 3rd
֎ Poker Run 4:00—7:00pm
Join your neighbors & friends (residents’ guests are invited to play also) for a fun game of “5 Card Stud” (best poker hand). Come by water or land to pick up 5 cards. Pick-up sites will be located on the lake side. $10 donation per hand—maximum two hands per participant. Register & obtain your score card at LOT #42 (8514 Kauai Dr)
*Poker Run is a Social Committee fund raiser.

Show your spirit and decorate your boat
Show your Hawaiian Village spirit by lining your beach with tiki lights & decorate your beach.
