🇺🇸 Operation Freedom Path 2026 Complete
On Saturday, our MVF team joined the 50 Mile March to celebrate the completion of the 2026 Operation Freedom Path. We are honored to receive a $15,000 grant supporting all of MVF’s vital programs.

Last month, we celebrated three dedicated members of our Board of Directors who have completed their terms of service with Moving Veterans Forward. We are profoundly grateful for their individual and collective commitment to ensuring that no veteran is ever left behind.

Harry Bianchi has been with MVF nearly since the beginning. His strong business and finance expertise helped build a foundation of excellence, especially through his leadership on the Finance Committee.

Will Little brought a unique and meaningful perspective shaped by both his military and ministerial service. As Board Secretary, he blended those experiences to strengthen transparency, communication, and trust—key elements of an effective board.

Ben Kirkelie cultivated long‑lasting partnerships with area businesses, expanding MVF’s reach and impact. His ability to connect, collaborate, and execute will be greatly missed.

Please join us in thanking Harry, Will, and Ben for their years of service, leadership, and heart. Their contributions will continue to shape MVF’s mission for years to come.

It’s been a busy and inspiring couple of weeks for the team at Moving Veterans Forward, and we’re excited to share a few highlights from across our community.

🇺🇸 Independence Day Poker Run 🇺🇸
We teamed up with Defiance Harley-Davidson for their Independence Day Poker Run, where 70 riders hit the open road for a 105‑mile journey. Their support helped raise both funds and awareness for our mission to serve local veterans.

🎶 Hero's Encore Milestone 🎶
We celebrated a major achievement as Stage One students advanced to Stage Two of the Hero's Encore program. Watching veterans and first responders heal through music — and witnessing their growth — is nothing short of remarkable.

🎉 Kelly’s Carpet Omaha – 40 Years 🎉
Kelly's Carpet Omaha is marking 40 years in business, and as part of this milestone, MVF was honored to be one of several local charities selected to receive a donation. We’re grateful for their generosity and commitment to community impact.

MVF was recognized at Sunday’s Omaha Storm Chasers game as the Community Organization of the Night! We deeply value our partnership with the Storm Chasers and appreciate their dedication to giving nonprofits a visible, accessible platform to share their mission.
