It’s been a busy and inspiring couple of weeks for the team at Moving Veterans Forward, and we’re excited to share a few highlights from across our community.

🇺🇸 Independence Day Poker Run 🇺🇸
We teamed up with Defiance Harley-Davidson for their Independence Day Poker Run, where 70 riders hit the open road for a 105‑mile journey. Their support helped raise both funds and awareness for our mission to serve local veterans.

🎶 Hero's Encore Milestone 🎶
We celebrated a major achievement as Stage One students advanced to Stage Two of the Hero's Encore program. Watching veterans and first responders heal through music — and witnessing their growth — is nothing short of remarkable.

🎉 Kelly’s Carpet Omaha – 40 Years 🎉
Kelly's Carpet Omaha is marking 40 years in business, and as part of this milestone, MVF was honored to be one of several local charities selected to receive a donation. We’re grateful for their generosity and commitment to community impact.

⚾ Community Organization of the Night ⚾
MVF was recognized at Sunday’s Omaha Storm Chasers game as the Community Organization of the Night! We deeply value our partnership with the Storm Chasers and appreciate their dedication to giving nonprofits a visible, accessible platform to share their mission.
