Fresh Anointing: The City of Refuge is a servant-based community church

10/18/2026

During Clergy Appreciation Month, we pause to honor the leaders God has entrusted to serve, shepherd, teach, and lead our church family.

Fresh Anointing City of Refuge celebrates our pastoral leadership:

Bishop Perry Sr. & Overseer Vinceretta Jenkins, Pastors
Bishop Justin B. Moore, Assistant Pastor
Overseer Bryan Trotman, Executive Pastor

Thank you for your faithfulness, sacrifice, prayers, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the work of ministry. Your labor of love does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the many ways you pour into God’s people.

We honor you. We appreciate you. We celebrate you!

Happy Clergy Appreciation Month!

The storm may be real, but so is His presence!

Don’t get so focused on what’s happening around you that you miss what Jesus is revealing in the middle of it. If He said we’re going to the other side, trust Him through the storm.

At 48, your passion is still fresh, your vision is still bold, and your heart for God’s people continues to inspire us all. You remind us that excellence in presentation can beautifully reflect excellence in purpose.

Dapper in style, dynamic in ministry, and unwavering in the Word—you lead with grace, preach with power, and love without limits.

Thank you for showing us that walking with God never goes out of style. May this new year bring greater favor, fresh oil, divine strength, and abundant blessings.

Here’s to another year of impact, influence, and Kingdom advancement.

Happy Birthday, Bishop Justin Moore! We love and celebrate you!
