Do you have a business that would love to support our teachers? New this year we have
“Stock the Staff Lounge”!! You sign up for a month that you would like to sponsor and simply bring in snacks and drinks to stock the staff lounge for the month OR you can also reach out to a Booster Club member to do the shopping for you! Your name or business name will be displayed in the lounge all month long and you will get social media shoutouts, all while showing our teachers some love! You don’t have to be a business to sponsor a month, you can even just chip in what you can if you’d like! Any little bit helps, and it will be so special for the teachers at Bailey to feel the love of their community each and every month 🥰

Where: OHS West Campus
What: Owasso Parent Legislative Advocacy Coalition will be holding a fun “Chalk Your Car” event! Using washable chalk, OHS art student volunteers will be decorating back car windows with a nonpartisan election message to encourage our community to vote on Tuesday.

We received this sweet message from Owassoisms reader Shylah Cross this morning, and she asked us to share it. We’re happy to oblige!

“Good morning, Owasso! 💙 I just wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to my son’s school, Larkin Bailey Elementary, and especially their Assistant Principal, Mr. Stitt!

During the storm this morning, Mr. Stitt was out there barefoot, with his pants rolled up, and ready to do whatever it took to make sure our kids were safe getting across the crosswalk and into the school.

That is the kind of dedication and love for our kids that deserves to be recognized! ❤️

I can never say enough good things about this wonderful man. My son absolutely loves him, and so do so many of the kids.
