Strong businesses start with strong leaders, and this workshop was all about investing in both! 💼

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Small Business Workshop on Personal Leadership & Owner Development, and to Dr. Leslie Clark, Audrey Seger Sprain, and Ray Adcock for sharing practical insights with our business community.

From Ray’s reminder to “be honest, be responsible, be mature” to the encouragement that “the main thing is keeping the main thing, the main thing,” the morning was full of practical wisdom for leading with clarity and intention.

At this year’s graduation dinner, Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction Lindel Fields reminded us that leadership is built in the daily choices: “It’s not what you do in a day, it’s what you do daily.”

Slow, steady, intentional leadership may not always be flashy, but it creates lasting impact in our businesses, organizations, and community. We are excited to see how this year’s graduates will continue using what they’ve learned to serve, strengthen, and shape the future of Owasso.
