It is getting to be that time of year again! We are looking for help in two ways for this year's Christmas season downtown:
1) We are looking for 7 more tree sponsors, for the trees that are installed in the lot next to Gustwiller's. Here's what to know:
- $75 for a tree, we install it and take it down, but you are in charge of decorating it. That way you can celebrate your business. This year we are going to line them up along the sidewalk for more visibility - and we are working with Croy's Mowing so that they are better staked into the ground. ... the winds gave us a bit of a hard time last year.
- Email [email protected] if interested and we will send you the rest of the details.
2) We would love to celebrate our local talent for the window storybook trail this year. We are hoping to gather 7-10 short Christmas stories or poems, written by community members to put on display. We will then pair each of those up with the window art. Please reach out if interested. Ideally we would like these collected by late October.
Thanks and hope you can join in on the fun!
Tree lights will be turned on December 3, following the Chamber's Welcome Santa Parade!
