Huge shout-out to the Galligan family for counting and bagging approximately 6500 bottles and cans for us this afternoon!! We are so grateful for their volunteerism, positive attitudes, and hard work. All to help the Old School!

Anyone looking for community service hours? Believe it or not, we still have bags in the recycling cage 😳

Send us a PM and let us know!

Dave’s Devil Dogs will be back with us for the Village-wide yard sale on August 1st, serving up both breakfast and lunch! If you’re a shopper, make sure to stop by that day to fuel up. And if you’re a vendor looking for space, let us know. We have 12’ x 12’ lawn spaces available for $25, and NO you don’t have to be an Otisville or Mount Hope resident. Anyone is welcome to rent a spot that day. Hope to see you there!

Our bottle cage is nearly full!! 🍾🥫🚮

And while this is a good problem to have, now we’re reaching out to our community to ask for help. We need some extra hands to help us sort and count all these recyclables that our neighbors have generously dropped off.

Could you lend us an hour or two?

For any students who need community service hours, we can provide a letter of documentation. We’ll even throw in a pizza lunch for anyone who can give us a weekend morning or two! Please comment or PM if you’d like to pitch in.

Thank you 😊

YES we will have plenty of lawn space available for vendors/residents to rent at the annual Village-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, August 1st! We're offering 12x12 lawn spaces at $25 each. We have A/C & restrooms inside the building, and we'll have food & drink available for purchase that day, too. School Street is the perfect central location, so if you're looking for a spot to set up on Yard Sale day, please send us an email, PM, or call/text Alison at (845) 389-7215. It's always a great day to be in Otisville!

The Village of Otisville will be doing things a little differently this year and will NOT be renting spots at Veterans Park for its annual yard sale the first Saturday in August. But we’re happy to share that we *will* be renting spots on our grounds for that event!

It’s always a great day to shop sales in the Village, and if you’re looking for a spot to rent, we have a perfect, central location with lots of parking space & access to A/C and restrooms.

Stay tuned for details, including pricing & size of available spaces 😁

More “kids” were spotted recently at the Old School as a local mom clearly decided that our grounds were one of the safest places around for her twins ❤️🦌
