The inaugural NKBA Student Mentor Program officially concluded on May 1, marking a successful first chapter in supporting and connecting the next generation of kitchen and bath professionals.

Thank you to KOHLER for their sponsorship and commitment to industry education and mentorship. Over the course of seven weeks, the pilot program matched 83 students with dedicated NKBA mentors across 49 NKBA chapters, fostering meaningful industry connections, professional development, and future opportunities.

We are proud of the incredible engagement and collaboration that made this program possible and look forward to continuing its growth.

Registration for the Spring 2027 Program opens this fall — stay tuned for more details!
