We recently welcomed Dr. Kathleen Plinske, President of Valencia College, and Magdiel Rodriguez, Senior Director and Head of Clinical Supply Management at Novartis, for a conversation focused on advancing healthcare innovation, talent development, and life sciences growth in Central Florida.

We had a great time visiting Pro’s Sanford facility and getting a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s history and growth.

One of the highlights was touring the Waste Pro Historical Truck Museum, where we learned how the company has grown from a family-owned business into one of the nation’s leading waste and recycling providers. It’s always interesting to hear the stories behind the companies helping shape our region and creating opportunities across Central Florida.

A big thank you to the Waste Pro team for the warm welcome, the tour, and the chance to learn more about your impact on our community. We appreciate all that you do to help keep our region moving forward.
