Where the Money Goes: Powering the Mission
Your sponsorship funds the festival and directly supports the musicians we serve:
• Instruments & Rigs: Purchase new or refurbished, durable instruments and complete “rigs” for youth, adults facing unique challenges, and veterans—helping create new Rising Stars.
• Production & Experiences: Partner with small local businesses to deliver activities (bounce houses, reptile encounters, magician, pony rides, yard games/water balloon battles, and fireworks if permitted), plus professional sound, stage lighting, and PA so the kids sound like the Rockstars they are.
• Marketing: Produce promotional materials and run social media ads and radio spots to drive attendance and awareness for performers and sponsors.
• Swag & Supplies: Assemble 250 complimentary repurposed T shirt swag bags (e.g., ukuleles, harmonicas, custom event T shirts, and other items), plus registration provisions, tie dye materials, and on site supplies.

The Custom Shop: Impact & In-Kind Opportunities
Not every contribution comes from a checkbook. These specialized tiers allow you to directly equip a young musician or provide the essential services that make our festival possible.

The “Kit Creator” | $500–$2,500 (Per Child)
Become the reason a child starts their musical journey. This sponsorship covers a high-quality starter kit and/or specific equipment needed to build a complete “professional rig.” Examples of complete Kit: Guitar case, strings, winder, pics, tuner, chord chart, amp, cords and a strap valued at $500+; Drums: Stands, cymbals, throne, bass pedal, drumsticks, tuning key and cowbell valued at $1500+.
• The Reward: Your name/logo on the "Gift Tag" of the instrument and a photo of the recipient (optional).

The "Fuel, Freight and Fun" (In-Kind Services)
We are looking for partners to help with essential services:
 Food & Beverage: Feed and hydrate our young guests, performers and volunteers.

Thank you SO much to everyone who voted for Windows of Time Events in Best of Clay 2026. We placed Top 3 for Event Planner 🤍

Out of thousands of nominations and over 181,000 votes cast across Clay County… you chose us. That means more than I can put into words. Truly. This business is built on relationships, trust, and a whole lot of heart—and I’m so grateful you see that.

We’ll be featured in the Winners’ Circle in Clay Today on April 30th, which is just the cherry on top.

And… we’ve got some exciting things happening 👀

✨ We’re partnering with Homemade Hounds Bed & Biscuit for Adoption Events (and more!) in 2026
✨ We’re working on a Substance Abuse Awareness event in September—this one is close to my heart, more details coming soon
