Today, we remember.

As a rescue worker, September 11 carries a meaning that is difficult to put into words. Twenty-five years ago, ordinary people faced an unimaginable tragedy, while first responders and civilians alike ran toward danger to help others.

We remember the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, rescue workers, dispatchers, and countless civilians who gave everything in service to others. We remember those who were lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the courage that emerged from one of our nation’s darkest days.

Being part of the rescue community means understanding the call to help—to go when others need us most, even when the outcome is uncertain. The heroes of September 11, 2001, embodied that commitment in the most extraordinary way.

Today, we honor their sacrifice. We carry their memory. And we will never forget.

🇺🇸 Never Forget. 9/11/2001. 🇺🇸
