Kountze Commons in partnership with the Mercy & Justice team from Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church is at our first event! Thanks to the generosity of our donor J.R. We were able to attend this event and now have table covers. Also, our team is wearing their new Kountze Commons shirts to spread awareness of all the great programs on our campus.

Kountze Commons is excited to announce that Meena Sanjay will be conducting fieldwork with us this summer! Meena’s long-term goal is to attend Physician's Assistant school, and she is passionate about continuing to expand her experience in patient care and community service. With a background in physical therapy and while currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology, she is eager to broaden her understanding of holistic care. She is truly excited for the opportunity to complete her fieldwork at Kountze Commons and looks forward to gaining meaningful hands-on experience while contributing to the community.

A huge shout out to Girl Scout Troup 42362
who provided cases of amazing cookies and birthday cake kits for ourKountze Love Thy Neighbor Food Pantry. Pantry guests were thrilled to be able to select delicious cookies during their shopping visit. This Troup is full of energy and ideas, and we know as they continue their community service commitments, they will be back to volunteer again. Thank you to the girls and their leaders!

Today our Love Thy Neighbor Food Pantry got a surprise donation from a lovely young business owner. She stopped by out of the blue and provided large bags of much needed staples and “fun” food. She shared she was saving a little each month to help out others. Her small act of kindness will help so many guests at the pantry. Thank you!
