🌟 Congratulations to our JYOM@Baxter Subaru Omaha Baxter Subaru La Vista Donovan! Since joining the Club at the start of our summer program, he has made an incredible impact. He has shown a positive attitude, respect for others, and willingness to get involved in everything the Club has to offer. Donovan consistently participates in programming, gives his best effort in activities, and is always eager to learn and try new things. One thing that truly sets him apart is his willingness to help others. Whether it's assisting staff or volunteering to help clean up at the end of the day, he regularly goes above and beyond without being asked.

Did you know Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands also offers a summer day camp?

Camp Nakomis is an action‑packed summer adventure created for youth ages 6–14 from the Omaha metro and Council Bluffs communities.⛺️

Each week brings a brand‑new theme filled with outdoor excitement, creative challenges and hands‑on fun that keeps campers engaged from start to finish. Kids spend their days canoeing, swimming, fishing, trying archery, riding pontoon boats, racing down epic slip‑and‑slides, jumping in bounce houses, heading out on field trips and tackling exciting group activities.

Whether campers join for one week or all seven, Camp Nakomis offers a safe, supportive environment where friendships grow, confidence builds and unforgettable summer memories are made.🌟

We are proud to recognize Whitnee Sigmund as Baxter Subaru La Vista Baxter Subaru OmahaMillard's Youth Of The Month. Whitnee, an 11th-grade student and dedicated junior staff member, has demonstrated outstanding character and commitment throughout her time at the Club.

Her creativity has made a lasting impact on the Club. Whitnee exemplifies what it means to be a team player while also balancing her responsibilities at school and work with maturity and focus. We are proud to celebrate Whitenee and all she does !
