Fort Lewis JBLM - Retiree Appreciation Day - June 26

Chapter 41 represented the DAV this year. This years event brought in a larger crowd. We spoke to many veterans about the services we provide.

Veterans we met last year came to our table and thanked us for filing their claims.

These events are always fun for us to do.

We hope next year that local DAV chapters will join us.

Fort Lewis JBLM - Retiree Appreciation Day - June 26

Chapter 41 will be representing the DAV this year. We will promote the DAV services offered to Veterans and their family members.

Come on down. It goes from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Waller Hall, Lewis Main.

The office will be closed on Monday June 22 and Tuesday June 23 for staff training. We will reopen on Wednesday June 24 at 10am.

DAV Chapter 41 participated at this year's Lacey Rotary Duck Dash at the Thurston County Fair Grounds.

This is one of the Lacey Rotary's biggest events of the year.

Lots of visitors stopped by our table and recieved information regarding veteran benefits. We plan on helping them in the future at our office in Olympia.

To all the great volunteers in our DAV office — thank you for giving your time to make a real difference in the lives of disabled veterans and their families. Because of your hard work and dedication, our chapter has earned a lot of respect, and we’ve even been recognized for it!
