Alaina's presentation will cover steps to creating an effective credit policy by determining you risk tolerance, an ideal credit applicant, a timeline, a view of collections and your process.

We would like to invite you to attend our CFDD Oklahoma Chapter Meeting & Educational Opportunity this month to be held on Thursday, July 16, 2026 via Zoom 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Our presentation this month will be on the "5 C's of Business Credit" to be presented by Toni Drake, CCE. Her presentation will cover each C - Character, Capacity, Capital, Conditions and Collateral. Each C will be explored through the lens of practical credit decision-making to help participants understand how to evaluate a customer's willingness and ability to pay.
