What does it take to fuel your best ride? Join NICA and The Feed on October 20 at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET for The Pillars of Sports Nutrition, a webinar covering the essentials of fueling, hydration, and recovery 🚴

Led by NICA alum, professional off-road racer, and The Feed High Performance Athlete team member Carson Beckett, this session will share practical insights to help student-athletes feel and perform their best on and off the bike. Open to spring and fall coaches! 🚲

She Sends Foundation x NICA GRiT grant applications are now open, and the grants are now designed to help cover the cost of hosting your GRiT Give It a Go. If you missed the GRiT Coach call on Thursday, please reach out to Adrienne to help you plan for Give it a Go GRiT event. Please apply before October 15.
