Following Jesus is about the everyday moments that shape who we're becoming.
This week, we were challenged to ask: What does an everyday disciple actually look like?
DELIGHT β Let the joy of your relationship with Jesus shape your priorities. When He becomes your greatest desire, everything else finds its proper place.
FEED β God's faithfulness sustains us. We don't survive on our own strength; we feed our souls by remembering who God has been and trusting Him again today.
DWELL β "Lord, let my life be a reflection of You." Discipleship isn't occasional. It's choosing to remain with Jesus and allowing His presence to shape our character.
DO GOOD β God created us to be difference makers. Faith isn't meant to stay private; it should overflow into acts of love, service, and compassion.
TRUST β Trust is built when we build our lives around our relationship with God and choose to live according to His Word, even when it's difficult.
Psalm 37:4
"Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart."
Being an everyday disciple is about consistently choosing Jesus in the ordinary rhythms of life.
