Digital4Good

Digital4Good Negative online material and behavior are linked to higher levels of stress, anxiety, depression, and suicide in kids and teens.

Our mission is to foster a future where students and educators are confident digital leaders who use technology to build stronger communities, solve real-world problems, and champion a culture of respect and inclusivity online. Just because students understand the mechanics of social media and digital technology doesn’t mean they know how to deal with issues like cyberbullying, harassment, inappro

priate content, privacy, and safety. Digital4Good + ’s mission is to empower students with the tools and training they need to protect themselves, develop their digital media toolkit, and use social media and other digital technologies positively. Through a partnership with students and educators, we deliver powerfully-relevant programming and curriculum to build supportive school communities and develop the next generation of digital leaders and changemakers who use Digital4Good.

How we engage online can impact our mental health more than we realize. It's easy to scroll without thinking about how content affects us or others. Being mindful means taking a step back, choosing what we engage with, setting boundaries, and protecting our peace🧘‍♀️

Remember, not everything deserves your attention. It's okay to step away from content that feels overwhelming or negative.

Small, consistent acts of self-care can make a lasting difference in your well-being and in the support you give others each day.
