This past weekend, the FOWH Board was honored to have been invited to the playground bench dedication in memory of James Pinka.
10 years ago this month, our FOWH Members and Friends Rudy and Laurie Pinka, tragically lost lost their son James. Through the Board of FOWH, the Pinka's were able to purchase the bench and had it dedicated during a ceremony to James. The bench is located in the playground area.
Through the hardiest of times Laurie eventually found hope and strength and started to help others. You could read about their journey with the foundation at www.jamespinkafoundation.com.
