A huge thank you to everyone who purchased flowers and supported Youth Group today! Our flower sale was a huge success — we sold out very quickly! The flowers were absolutely beautiful (thank you Secret Garden Floral Design!!), and we are so grateful for the support from our amazing horse community. Every purchase helps us continue creating educational opportunities and fun experiences for our youth riders. Thank you for supporting the future of our horse community! Happy Mothers Day!

One of the coolest programs we offer at IHA is our Most Versatile Horse Award! Throughout the entire show season, nominated horses and riders compete across a variety of disciplines to see who truly has the most versatile horse around. 🐴🏆

This program highlights not only the incredible versatility of our horses, but also the talent and dedication of our members. From English to Western and Gymkhana, it is amazing to watch these teams shine all season long!

We are currently looking for sponsors to help keep this program running and allow us to continue offering awesome end-of-year awards.

To participate, you have to submit your application and nomination fee BEFORE the start of your first show in order for points to count!

Rules & Details:
• Points are based on the same horse & rider combination and begin counting from the day your application is submitted.
• Riders must compete in a minimum of TWO disciplines and meet end-of-year qualifications for at least ONE division in each discipline. Points from all shows will count once this requirement is met.
• Your top three class placings at each show will count toward your year-end total.

Whether you ride competitively or just for the love of it, this clinic is designed for everyone. Strong groundwork is the foundation of every great horse and rider partnership. It builds trust, communication, and confidence from the ground up. When that foundation is solid, everything under saddle becomes smoother, safer, and more successful.

The afternoon session will tie it all together by focusing on the fundamentals of riding. Going “back to basics” is something even the most experienced riders benefit from because no matter your discipline, strong position, control, and understanding of your horse are what truly elevate your performance.

It was a great day at the IHA open house! Lots of shopping, great guest speakers, and some really cool demonstrations! Youth Group had games, giveaways, crafts, and face painting set up! And of course everyone loved the petting zoo and pony rides by Steppin out pony parties!
