Our sanctuary also has a country store and the Lewis Oliver Vegan Education (L.O.V.E) Center. The Lewis Oliver Farm is a historic landmark located in the Incorporated Village of Northport, NY. Once a working dairy, the farm is now provides sanctuary to a variety of beloved animals and features a quaint country store and iis a favorite gathering spot for everyone in the community. Although the farm

was jointly purchased by the Town of Huntington and Suffolk County in 2007, it is managed by Friends of the Farm- a 501c-3 not for profit organization made up entirely of a team of volunteers. We provide the day-to-day care for the animals, maintain the property and oversee the general operations of the farm. Friends of the Farm is also responsible for raising the necessary funds to help feed and care for the animals. Despite being owned by the county and town, ALL animal-care related costs are solely funded through private donations and money raised at Friends of the Farm's scheduled special events.
