✨ Inspiring Meeting Spotlight ✨

This week, we were honored to welcome guest speakers Greg Connelly and his son, Ryan Connelly, who shared their upcoming mission experience to Villa Esperanza in Nicaragua—one of Pastor Paul’s mission destinations that provides a safe home and support system for girls at risk.

Ryan and his sister, Elizabeth, are preparing to serve on this meaningful mission, helping provide much-needed supplies and support to the community. As part of their journey, they are raising funds to make the trip possible and maximize their impact.

What makes Ryan’s story even more remarkable is that shortly after returning from Nicaragua, he will be shipping out to begin his service in the United States Army. His commitment to helping others—both abroad and here at home—is a testament to his character, leadership, and dedication to service.

The Connelly family embodies the spirit of compassion, generosity, and community. We wish Ryan, Elizabeth, and their entire family a safe and successful mission trip and thank Ryan for his upcoming service to our country.

📚💙 A Young Leader Making a Difference 💙📚

The Rotary Club of Northport is proud to recognize Maddy Moreno, a student at John Glenn High School, for organizing and leading the Children’s Book Drive in the Elwood School District.

Thanks to Maddy’s dedication and the generosity of our community, hundreds of books were collected to help put reading materials into the hands of children and young adults. Her commitment to literacy and community service embodies the spirit of giving that makes our community so special.

Thank you, Maddy, for your leadership, hard work, and passion for helping others. We are excited to celebrate your efforts and the positive impact you’ve made!

A big thank you to Northport Rotary Club for spending part of their Memorial Day weekend volunteering at our TLC Shelter! ❤️🌭

From grilling and prepping meals to making the day feel special, their kindness and generosity helped bring comfort and community to those we serve. Thank you for showing up and making a difference!

Thank you to Warrior Ranch Foundation and Antoinette DeGruccio for such an interesting and informative presentation!

This incredible nonprofit provides free equine-assisted therapy for veterans and first responders, helping those struggling with PTSD and trauma heal through connection with rescued horses. Their mission of giving both heroes and horses a second chance is truly inspiring. 🐴🇺🇸
