Sunday at River Trail Nature Center was great! We had perfect weather, enjoyed a nice walk and got the bonus of meeting all the resident animals - owls, turtles, hawks and even a coyote

We got rained out last time so join us this Sunday 6/7 at 9:00am! We’ll meet at Clark Square Park and do a roundtrip walk along the lakeshore, then head to Hoosier Mama for coffee and a sweet treat!

This place is so beautiful, it’s right along the Des Plaines River and they have beautiful walking trails, animals, nature playgrounds and more!

🥳Come celebrate 3 years of North Shore Girls Who Walk!!🥳

3 years ago this weekend we took our first walk along the Evanston Lakeshore, this has become one of our most popular walks (along with the obligatory stop at Hoosier Mama afterwards) - so it’s the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary!

Meet at Clark Square Park (Corner of Sheridan & Kedzie)
Sunday 5/24 at 9:00AM

We’ll walk up to Clark Street Beach and back, then head on up to Hoosier Mama.

Please note there is construction going on around Hoosier Mama so parking may be a little bit of a challenge. There is a pay parking lot right at Clark Square Park and free street parking is available along the side streets.

We lucked out with great weather, a fantastic group and a perfect setting for our walk! It was our first time visiting Elawa farm and I can’t wait to come back

Our post walk stop to meet was also a big hit with the kiddos who joined us

This May we’ll celebrate 3 years of North Shore Girls Who Walk!! I’m so thankful for this group and all the amazing women it’s brought together, I really can’t believe it’s been 3 years of walks already 🥳🥳🥳

5/9 at 9am - Elawa Farm Walk and Market
Join us at Elawa Farm for their weekly market. Also, if you have little, sign up for their Hooves and Hugs event at 10:30am to get some cuddles and playtime from their friendly goats! (See link in bio to register for that)

5/13 - Spring Social TBD
