North Prairie - NPAA The North Prairie Athletic Association (NPAA) is an organization dedicated to developing sportsmanship, teamwork, & athletic abilities of the local youth.

We offer spring and fall soccer programs as well as a summer baseball & softball league.

Unfortunately, the storms aren't looking like they will miss us so we are cancelling our T-Ball and Softball games scheduled for tonight. Stay dry and safe everyone.

We have TBall games tonight at Veterans Park and a few other games at fields in NP and Muk. With severe weather possible stay tuned and watch the forecast as we may need to postpone.

What a great first week of games! ⚾️ We loved seeing the energy, effort, and smiles from all of our athletes across every level.

From our youngest players learning & growing, to our seasoned teams competing hard, you all represent NPAA so well!

Hey Neighbors! The North Prairie - NPAA and Village of North Prairie need your help! We do a lot of work on our ball diamonds to keep them safe and well groomed. At the field at Prairie Village Park we installed a portable pitching mound (with help from the North Prairie Lions Club) to help with the games there. We have baseball / softball practices and games almost every night on most fields in North Prairie. It’s great to see all the local kids learning the game and having fun. We’ve had a problem recently with kids on their bikes and e-bikes using our fields as a dirt bike course and tearing them up. They use the mound as a ramp and cause considerable damage. There should be no bikes or wheels (strollers, scooters, wagons, etc….) on any of the fields. It ruins the fields and the equipment for everyone else to use. The fields should be used during the day for kickball, baseball, softball and other normal usage. The only time the fields are “closed” is when they are lined and reserved for games. Please help us by talking to your kids about keeping their bikes off the fields and if you see someone on there, maybe gently and politely ask them to stay off the field with their bikes. The youth athletes thank you for your help! We have games tonight on Prairie Village, Broadlands 1 & 2, and Small Veterans. Come cheer on your local Nighthawks!

Softball Coaching Help Needed!
Our 3rd-4th Grade Softball team is in need of some coaching help. The team practices and plays on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our biggest need is Wednesday nights from 5:30-7:30 starting next week through the middle of July. Who qualifies? Anyone from age high school on up who is willing to work with the girls and help them learn the basics of softball and have fun! Spread the word and help us have a successful softball season!
