Supporting our community is a big part of what the North Branch Sno-Drifters are all about, and this morning that meant highway cleanup.

Thank you to everyone who came out, filled bags, and helped clean up the ditches. We appreciate you giving up part of your Sunday to help keep our area looking good.

Orange bags, orange shirts, and a few good laughs along the way. 😄

Highway cleanup is this Sunday morning!

We’ll meet at the groomer barn at 8:00 a.m. Anyone who wants to help is welcome.

Bring gloves if you’ve got ’em, and we’ll knock it out quicker with a few extra hands.

No need to sign up, just show up if you can.

Many hands make light work, and fewer pop cans in the ditch. 😄

Friday is May.

The sleds are parked, the Sea Foam better be doing its job, and the lawn mowers have officially taken over the neighborhood.

Meanwhile, we’re already over here thinking about next season like a bunch of sickos.

What do you want to see more of from the club?

Trail updates, barn stuff, behind-the-scenes posts, website updates, random “what are these guys up to now” updates… whatever.

Drop an idea below or shoot us a message. Good ideas, bad ideas, mildly questionable ideas… we’ll sort through ’em.

Trails don’t happen by accident, and neither does keeping this little circus rolling. 🛷

Solid turnout at the barn last night… not sure if it was the weather or the food 👀

Saw a few new faces and some we haven’t seen in awhile… always good to see that.

As mentioned at the meeting, the website got a bit of a refresh. We were gonna show more of it last night, but the hotspot had other plans… so here it is:

🚨 BREAKING TRAIL UPDATE:
With this next 2 inches of snow, we will be opening the trails immediately after the snow stops. Groomer is ready to go. ❄️☃️

As the season comes to an official end, we wanted to give a little nod to the landowners who help keep this whole thing rolling.

Our trail system doesn’t happen by accident, and it sure doesn’t happen without the folks who let us cross their property. We appreciate the trust, the patience, and the support more than you probably realize.

If any of our landowners feel like wanderin’ over in April, you’re welcome to stop by and catch up with the crew a little before the meeting.

The snow may be gone, but the appreciation sticks around. 🙏

The classic Minnesota blizzard.

Forecast: 18–24”, life-threatening conditions.
Reality: about 4–6” and some drifted snow. 😑

As much as we’d like an excuse to fire up the groomer and show off the new wrap, the warm up starting Wednesday will likely keep it parked.

If you head out riding, please stay on the trail. If dirt or mud starts showing, it’s time to ease up and turn around. With the longer days and warmer temps ahead, it won’t take long for the ground to show through.

Once that happens, please respect the landowners and stay off the trails so we can keep these routes open for years to come.

It wasn’t the greatest winter for snow, but we sure appreciate everyone who supported the club this season.

This isn’t a goodbye… just a “see ya next year” from the grooming equipment.

Hopefully everyone squeezed in at least a few good miles this winter. ❄️

We know a lot of cameras were out during the Jumpin' Jacks 11th Annual Vintage Snowmobile Show. Plenty of vintage iron, a little blue smoke in the air, and a few machines that probably brought back some memories.
